DOSTI ladies attended 8 week course delivered by Shelanu, as part of the Women’s Maker Movement, initiated by Craftspace. This is a two year programme of craft and enterprise activities involving women facing economic and social challenges. With creative facilitation by members of Shelanu Women’s Craft Collective, participants have made jewellery reflecting identity and place.
To mark International Women’s Day, GOAL showcased a display of jewellery handmade by participants that took part in the programme.
