At Go Woman Alliance, we’re excited to collaborate with Hope Inspired and Integrate Hope, two incredible organisations that are bringing mindfulness to our community. Through their workshops and sessions, you’ll learn practical techniques to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine.

We also have some great recreational activities such as Yoga and Archery, that we will be offering to all of our groups and attendees.
